Temi Technologies Ltd provides technology solutions and software products designed to empower businesses and individuals. Our services include but are not limited to: • Custom software development and consulting • AI-powered document generation and writing assistance • Digital payment and wallet solutions • Notification and communication platforms • Cloud infrastructure and DevOps services • Digital transformation and branding solutions Each product may have additional terms specific to that service, which will be provided within the respective product.

Your Content: • You retain all rights to content you create or upload • You grant us a licence to process your content for service delivery • Generated documents and outputs are your property once payment is complete Our Property: • Our software, AI technology, and platforms are our exclusive property • Our trademarks, logos, and branding are protected • You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our technology • Documentation and materials remain our intellectual property

You agree NOT to: • Use our services for any unlawful purpose • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems • Interfere with or disrupt our services • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data • Resell or redistribute our services without permission • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Upload malicious code or content

For products that use AI to generate content (such as Writera): • Content is generated specifically based on your input • You are responsible for reviewing generated content before use • We do not guarantee specific outcomes from generated content • AI-generated content should be used as a starting point, not a final product • You maintain ownership and responsibility for how you use generated content • We continuously improve our AI but cannot guarantee perfection Disclaimer: AI-generated content is provided "as is". We recommend reviewing and editing all generated content before submission or publication.

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that: • Services will be uninterrupted or error-free • Defects will be corrected • Services are free of viruses or harmful components • Results will meet your specific requirements • Any specific outcomes will be achieved (e.g., admissions, approvals) To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Temi Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses • Damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account • Damages from interruption or cessation of services • Any amount exceeding the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Temi Technologies Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • Your use of our services • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Content you submit or generate through our services

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including: • Breach of these Terms • Fraudulent or illegal activity • Non-payment of fees • At our sole discretion Upon termination: • Your right to use the services will cease immediately • We may delete your account and associated data • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with: • For users in Nigeria: The laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria. • For users in the United Kingdom: The laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. • For users in other jurisdictions: The laws of England and Wales shall apply, unless local law requires otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by: • Updating the "Last Updated" date • Sending email notifications for significant changes • Displaying notices on our services Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
